Healthy Lifestyle Changes

     For a while, I haven't been up-keeping the heaviest lifestyle. I haven't been working out as much as I used to and I have been eating a lot of unhealthy foods or maybe a little too much. But sometimes I can't help it, being polish has its perks and having the best food is definitely one of them. Overall, I have noticed this and not only took note of it mentally, but normally I'm very active and healthy so I can feel it physically too when I'm not talking care of my body like I'm supposed to. I'll tell you, It's not a great feeling and that's why I decided to really start to progress toward a healthy lifestyle 

    As of now, I've created a routine of going to the gym six days a week with Sunday being my rest day. along with that I've created some meal prepping plans to keep my calories and healthy eating habits strict and to keep myself accountable. Although It's been difficult at times and I had a period where I wasn't consistent, I've been following it strictly and even with the temptations to take a break or day off linger around, I don't give in. By following this routine, not only do I feel it will help create that healthy lifestyle I want to achieve, but I hope it will help create the progress for the body I've always wanted as well. I've felt great currently following this routine and I hope it continues and I know this handwork will pay off.

    Hopefully I can update this blog on my progress and changes when they start to occur or I'm able to see or physically feel much different than I do now, but it all takes time. I don't plan on rushing my progress but hopefully in late December I notice a couple changes.
